Following a major, strategic re-branding, The Tax Assistance Program unveiled its new name and logo late last year. Now known as Ladder Up, the organization's name better reflects the increased scope of services it offers Chicago area's working poor. Through its two main programs, the Tax Assistance Program (TAP) and Life-Improving Financial Tools (LIFT), Ladder Up provides free financial services to help students and families climb up and out of poverty.
